www.gencfirsatlar.net is a non profit platform for sharing news and information that youngs might be interested in and it is conducted actively by IPEC for 5 years. The main purpose of the website is, to inform youngs about several opportunities related with youth around Turkey and the World. Variety of useful informations  such as; trainings, projects, funds, career, events, scholarships, the latest news concerned with youth, youth agenda etc.  are published. Genç Fırsatlar Team works hard to share qualified and accurate information with youngs.

We have organized training programmes for institutions in variety cities of Turkey under IPEC Academy brand. Some of trainings in our expertise field; Project Cycle Management, Erasmus+ Projects Proposal Workshop, Volunteering Management, Leadership, Motivation, Corporate Capacity Enhancement

We bring together youngs with private sector and NGO leaders in regular Leadership Camp events we organize  for IPEC Leaders in 42 different universities of Turkey. Besides helping them to improve their leadership skills, we make new project plans together with them.

IYPS® is a multicultural education program that offers national and international bids to students and newly graduated individuals who are internationally partnered with IPEC.

Youth Hearing Impaired Employment and Development Center

Impaired Employment and Development Center – with its project within the Turkeys association of hearing impaired, will brought professions by giving vocational education especially on the efficient use of information technologies to the hearing impaired and unemployed youth, who are between at the age of 18-30, according to the researches that job recruitment agencies have done to find out which and what kind of occupations are the employers’ seek and by developing a collaboration with the private sector, employment or internship before employment will be provided, at the same time a center that will encourage them to involve in the social life by arranging various of common education programs and social events will established.

Special Objectives: By Turkeys Association of Hearing Impaired, within the associations Head Office that takes place in Beyoglu, a GIGEM – Youth Hearing Impaired Employment and Development Center is aimed to be established with the project. This center will help hearing impaired people who are between at the age of 18-30 to get an occupation and as a result be employed.

With Derel Güler Creative Studio we realized a corporate partnership in different organizations and social responsibility projects.

We have worked together with Diyez Film, one of our corporate partners, in promotional, production and event management services for many social responsibility projects.

Free Easy Global Education Project / KA2 / Youth

Lack of infrastructure, qualified academicians, faculty number of educators, regional development disparities in educational institution and individual’s  disadvantages are biggest obstacles at the stage of accessing to quality education. These problems are common problems of all countries across the world. At this stage one of the main goals of Strategic Partnership in Erasmus+  program which will be implemented by EU Commission and includes our country, is to adopt innovative approaches in reaching the target audience, for example presenting more attractive educational and training programs as more compatible to individual’s need and expectations; using participative approach and methodology on the BIT basis; producing innovative or reformed processes in identifying and confirming improvements. The “Free Easy Global Education Project” – fegep.org project is directly related to exercising educational rights which is a fundamental human right. To this respect, the purpose of our project is to provide educational opportunities to all individuals as equal, accessible, free of charge, time independent, flexible and having a worldwide scope

Global Innovative Leadership Module / KA2 / Youth

Global Innovative Leadership Module (GILM) project believes that one of solutions for the current young unemployment passes through the university or development and training on the ICT based capabilities after graduation. The growing importance of ICT for both business operations and innovation is an opportunity for professionals and youngsters who are e-skilled. These competencies are critical for fostering both jobs created by existing companies through innovation and growth as well as self-created jobs by entrepreneurs (including social entrepreneurs) who leverage technology to create new products, services and business especially for young people.
